Shipbuilding & Marine Industrial Development
Verkaan maintains international contractor management cooperation agreements with established shipyards in South Korea and China, enabling the company to support shipbuilding, marine engineering, technical supervision, and industrial project execution through regional and international partnerships.
As part of its long-term maritime industrial development strategy, Verkaan has successfully completed the technical and financial feasibility studies for the establishment of a marine industrial complex in the Caspian Free Zone FH6V+J89 following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The project is currently under development and will focus on ship repair operations, steel hull block fabrication, marine engineering services, and related industrial support activities.
The project aims to strengthen regional shipbuilding and repair capabilities, support marine logistics and offshore industries in the Caspian region, and facilitate the transfer of practical engineering expertise and industrial know-how through international cooperation.
