Verkaan’s mission is to support the practical and sustainable development of Iran’s maritime and industrial capabilities by connecting regional opportunities with international expertise, technology and networks.
Iran holds significant untapped potential in marine transportation, offshore industries, energy logistics, mineral exports, and shipbuilding due to its strategic location between the Persian Gulf, the Caspian Sea, and major regional trade corridors. However, the industry also faces serious challenges, including aging fleets, limited infrastructure modernization, financing constraints, technology gaps, sanctions-related operational complexities, and increasing regional competition.
We work to help bridge the gap between domestic industrial capabilities and international standards by facilitating technical partnerships, market access, engineering support, and strategic business development.
