Our History
Founded in 2010, Verkaan was established through the collaboration of experienced professionals from South Korea’s maritime and industrial sectors together with internationally educated business and engineering experts.
From the beginning, the company was created with a vision to connect international markets through strategic business development, marine services, global trade, export management, technology transfer, investment, and industrial development.
Over the years, Verkaan evolved into a multidisciplinary international group by integrating specialized expertise, regional partnerships, and cross-border industrial capabilities across East Asia and Eurasia.
Today, Verkaan is officially registered in Iran and Singapore, with active offices in Iran, Seoul, and Busan, South Korea. Through its specialized divisions and international network, the company operates in the fields of marine industries, engineering services, global trade, investment, technology transfer, industrial marketing, and market development.
In addition to its international commercial activities, Verkaan also holds a strategic advisory position in major industrial and maritime-related projects, reflecting its strong technical background, regional experience, and long-term industry relationships
