Today, Monday April 18, 2016 I met with HEC Hyundai Engineering Company, Technical Director and Technical Experts were present along with Mr. S. T. Lee, Senior Consultant of Varkaan. The topics discussed at the meeting were about the construction and financing of the Mahan Shimi Refinery located in Kermanshah.
